Backlane is a hosted MCP server for eCommerce teams. Connect your marketplace seller accounts once in the Backlane app, then work with them in plain language from Claude. Currently supported marketplaces: - OTTO Market (app installation and OAuth), including OTTO Sponsored Product Ads - Kaufland (client key and secret key) - Mirakl-based marketplaces such as home24 and Decathlon (marketplace API key) Request your missing marketplaces What you can do: - Check whether new products are live on every connected marketplace, and why listings are missing or rejected - Find product data errors: missing required fields, import reports, Catalog Manager errors - Review open orders, stock levels, offers and prices - Compare Kaufland Buybox positions against the leading offer - Analyse OTTO ad spend, ROAS and product performance, and adjust campaigns, budgets and bids - Compare how the same products sell across marketplaces How it works: Backlane exposes the marketplace APIs through Code Mode. Claude uses "search" to find the right operation in your organisation's API spec and "execute" to call it. "list_integrations" shows what is connected and gives setup links for the rest. Model-written code runs in a sandbox with no network access; credentials, tokens and signatures never reach the model. Your accounts, your control: marketplace credentials are stored encrypted and never entered in the chat. Admins can disable all write access for the organisation, and every write is logged.
