Description
GovIntel MiMi answers questions about companies using the government registers that issued their records: 72,456,976 companies across 19 countries. Ask who a supplier is, what they have filed, what public work they have won, who owns them, and what an authority has recorded against them. It reads US federal contractors registered in SAM, US state business registrations, and 18 national business registers outside the United States, among them the United Kingdom, France, Japan, Italy, Poland, Mexico, Canada and Australia. Every fact is joined on the government identifier that issued it, not on a company name. Company names repeat constantly across jurisdictions, and matching on them is how the wrong company ends up in an answer. Where a layer can only be matched by name, the result says so. Seven read-only tools. search_companies resolves a name to specific registered companies with their identifiers. get_coverage lists which layers of record exist and how many entries each holds. get_company returns the registry record. get_financials returns filed annual accounts. get_past_performance returns public contracts awarded. get_ownership_and_control returns parents, subsidiaries and declared controlling parties. get_adverse_findings returns insolvency entries, debarments, enforcement records, liens and disputes in the issuing authority's own terms. GovIntel publishes facts with their sources. It produces no credit scores, no risk ratings and no performance ratings. A legal status is reported in the register's own words, never translated or reinterpreted. Where a layer is empty, the connector distinguishes nothing filed from a register that does not publish that layer at all, so an absence is never mistaken for a clean record. Connecting is free and needs only an email address. Company search and coverage are included on the free plan; the full record is part of GovIntel Research.
