Noota

Noota records, transcribes and summarises meetings, video calls and phone calls. This connector gives Claude read-only access to that archive, so you can ask questions across everything your team has recorded instead of reopening meetings one by one. What you can do with it: - Find meetings by title, date, duration, recording type, participant, folder or workspace - Search inside transcripts and summaries for a phrase, a topic or a commitment that was made - Read the verbatim transcript of a specific meeting, filtered by speaker, time range or text - Look up a contact by name, email or company and pull the conversations you have had with them - Browse the folders and workspaces your team has organised Typical uses: preparing for a call by reviewing what was said last time; collecting every objection a prospect raised across a sales cycle; drafting an interview report from a screening call; checking what was actually agreed in a client meeting; summarising a month of team conversations for a report. All tools are read-only. The connector never creates, edits or deletes anything in Noota, and it returns only the records the signed-in user can already access in their own account. Requirements: a Noota account on any plan. Authentication is OAuth 2.0 — you sign in with your Noota credentials and approve access, with no API key to copy or store. Noota stores and processes all data on European infrastructure, and customer conversations are never used to train models.
