Onboard

Onboard is the reservation system behind restaurants in Germany. This connector opens the same booking path guests use on a restaurant's own website. Search restaurants by city, cuisine or name, look at the menu (with allergens and dietary tags) and guest reviews, check free times and book a table — including the seating area (inside, terrace, beer garden) where the restaurant offers a choice. Existing reservations can be viewed, changed or cancelled. Every booking lands directly in the restaurant's reservation book and triggers the same confirmation email as a booking on its website. There is no queue and no manual reconciliation. Restaurants can switch AI bookings off individually; those restaurants do not appear in search. With a connected Onboard account, the connector also shows your own upcoming and past reservations and your guest profile, so your name and email don't have to be asked for every booking. Onboard is free for guests. Restaurants are currently located in Germany.
