Description
Polyarchy Government Council Records is a read-only search service over the process documents of Japanese government councils: the materials distributed at each meeting, the minutes and the summaries of proceedings. Current coverage is councils on digital administrative and fiscal reform, artificial intelligence strategy, regulatory reform (digital and AI working group) and growth strategy. What it returns: passages with the council, meeting number, date, material number, the submitter or speaker and their category (minister, secretariat, ministry, non-government member, outside party at a hearing, or unknown), and the source URL. Passages from non-government members and outside parties are their own views, not decisions of the council or the government, and the result says so. What it does not do: it does not generate or summarize text. Speakers and submitters are reported only as written in the record; if the record does not name them, the result says unknown rather than guessing. Anonymous summaries cannot be attributed to a person. Final decisions of these councils (reports, basic plans) are not here; they are in the separate Polyarchy Policy Recommendations connector. If nothing matches, the result is empty. Tools: search_deliberations (search materials and minutes), list_meeting (list the materials and records of one meeting). Government materials are under the Public Data License 1.0. Materials submitted by members and outside parties are third-party works and are returned only as short excerpts that point to the original. Tool descriptions and results are in Japanese. Search terms are logged for 30 days; conversation content is not collected.
