Softbook

Softbook is a platform for online schools and course creators. This connector lets you run your school from Claude in everyday language. What you can ask: - Students: find a student by name or email, see their courses, progress and access, add new students by email (up to 50 at a time), enroll or exclude them from a course, extend or change course access. - Groups: list, create, rename and delete student groups, add or remove students. Deleting a group never removes its students. - Courses: see course structure, build a new course with modules and text lessons, add lessons, rewrite lesson text, and set course and lesson images. - Homework: list submissions by status, read a full submission with earlier attempts, and accept or reject it with a grade and a text comment. - Orders and sales: list orders, open order details, sales summary, best sellers and revenue trend. - Analytics: course statistics and funnel, students at risk of churn, active users, cohort retention, repeat buyers, LTV by cohort, UTM sources and discount effectiveness. Money is always reported per currency and never summed across currencies. Safety and control: - You choose which schools Claude can access when you connect, and whether changes are allowed at all. - Claude acts with your role and permissions in the school; tools you have no access to are refused. - Write actions are marked as such, and Claude confirms with you before deleting a group or sending a homework review. - The connector does not send emails or messages, does not refund or change prices, does not delete courses or students, and does not edit lessons that contain video, files or quizzes. - Every change made through the connector is recorded in the school's team activity log, marked as made via AI. Connections can be revoked anytime in Settings → AI Connector.
