Upgrade Recruitment

Upgrade is recruitment software (ATS and CRM) for recruitment teams. This connector gives Claude secure access to your own Upgrade workspace, so you can ask questions about your recruitment work and record follow-up without leaving the conversation. What you can do: - Search candidates, vacancies and clients, and get a summary of a candidate, job or client. - See who is in the pipeline for a vacancy, which vacancies a candidate is in, and the current stage of each application. - Get pipeline totals, read the recent activity timeline, and check your open tasks and unread notifications. - Prepare a candidate conversation, a vacancy intake or a candidate proposal from the facts in the dossier. - On your explicit instruction, add a note or activity to a dossier, create a follow-up task, or update and complete your own tasks. - With separate consent, read a candidate's contact details and CV files, or import a LinkedIn profile you selected after a preview. How it works: You sign in with your own Upgrade account through OAuth. Read access is the default. Writing notes and tasks, reading contact details and CVs, and importing profiles each need a separate opt-in on the Upgrade consent screen, and you can revoke them at any time in Upgrade. Built-in limits: The connector cannot change candidate or vacancy fields, move applications between stages, delete anything or send messages. Summaries leave out e-mail addresses, phone numbers, notes and financial data unless you granted that access. Your Upgrade role and the candidate privacy settings in your workspace always apply, and every call is recorded in the Upgrade audit log. You need an Upgrade account to use this connector.
