Description
The Warmth Engine Observatory tracks AI infrastructure coordination dynamics across geopolitical blocs through verified events and mapped Coordination Connections. Every classification traces to a published, DOI-registered methodology. Classification is based on observable facts from official public documentation: implementation evidence is required, not announcements, and sources are archived. Events are classified by event type, tier (Cross-Bloc, Between-Bloc, Intra-Bloc) and domain, and tagged by industry sector and environmental intersection. Coordination Connections record typed, evidence-graded relationships between events across seven connection types, each carrying a confidence level. Infrastructure Threads record where the same named physical asset appears in two events. The Bloc Membership Register classifies nations by their dependency on a bloc's AI-stack ecosystem, with graded membership categories. Sovereign Capability Profiles assess actors across seven AI infrastructure dimensions through a three-gate designation framework. The Compute Commitment Register records publicly documented commitments of computing capacity to societal challenges, one record per instrument with quantities as declared, assigned to a fixed challenge list derived from the lists of qualifying institutions. The 18 read-only tools serve every layer above, plus the coordination topology, dated coordination metrics and methodology lookup. The corpus is a verified sample, and its figures are dated observations. Methodology corrections are published through a public errata and corrigenda record. Free access, with no account, returns the full shape of the corpus: every event classification, connection record, topology node and actor designation. The evidence layer (source URLs with archival snapshots, tier rationales and assessments) requires an Analyst access token. Sample records return every field on both tiers.

Warmth Engine Observatory Claude Connector FAQ
How the directory, categories and Discoverability Score work.
Read the methodologyHow do I improve Warmth Engine Observatory's Claude Connector discoverability?
The levers are the listing surface agents actually read: names, descriptions, keywords, tool metadata, and registry health. Which lever matters depends on where discovery breaks, which is what continuous measurement shows.
What are Warmth Engine Observatory alternatives on Claude?
