Worka connects Claude to your Worka training account so you can plan and adjust your training in conversation — and everything Claude builds shows up in the Worka app on your phone and Apple Watch, ready to start. What you can do: • Build multi-week training plans. Claude reviews your recent workouts, running profile, and goals, proposes an outline for your approval, then creates the full plan in your app. • Create single workouts: strength sessions with sets, reps and RPE; circuits and HIIT with warm-up and cool-down; running workouts with pace targets; and other activities. • Edit or regenerate any workout in your current plan: swap exercises, change volume, or redo a session entirely. • Review your progress: recent workouts, exercise history and strength progression, training stats, and muscle recovery. • Check recovery signals such as HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, and VO2 max, synced from Apple Health or Health Connect. Exercises come from Worka's exercise library, so every workout Claude creates plays in the app with demo videos, timers, and heart rate tracking. Requirements: a Worka account with an active Pro subscription (7-day free trial available). Available in English and Spanish.
