List decisions made by or involving the user: statement, context, the stated reason (null when none was recorded), platform, who decided, and whether the decision still stands. Returns BOTH decisions that stand and decisions that were later overturned — read the `status` field; use status='superseded' to ask only what was overturned.

Each row gives the level demonstrated against the goal level, a written justification whose [1] [2] markers index the citations map to the activity IDs behind each claim, and the rubric criterion that level requires. activity_share_pct is the share of that period's activities that touched this dimension (evidence density, NOT a score) and is absent on weekly and monthly rows, where it is not computed. Use get_activity_detail on a cited ID to read what was actually said (requires read:work).

List the user's growth opportunities (Gaps) with the constructive-feedback card (what we saw, the cost, a constructive alternative) where it has been generated. Filter by reference date with start_date/end_date. OWNER-ONLY: only ever returns the calling user's own growth data.

List the user's impact feed items (communications about their work impact). Returns occurrence id, status, schedule, goal info, and content style. Message body is not included in this listing — it lives on each individual item.
