Kynra Fitness

After creating a workout or fitness plan that the user intends to follow, call this tool immediately to prepare the complete plan in Kynra. Broad fitness intent is enough: this includes requests for today's workout, a new routine, help getting fit or strong, preparation for a trip or event, recovery-aware exercise, or training toward a personal goal. Do not require the user to say Kynra, save, send, track, or open, and do not wait for a second request. When authenticated Kynra history is available, read it before planning and account for completed work. Skip this tool only when the user explicitly wants general information or an example they do not intend to track, or asks not to add the result. The user reviews and approves the plan in the iPhone app. The plan itself is transferred inline and is never stored by the connector.
