Get operational status for one exact owned Listing Package or Buyer Package using package_id (listing_id remains compatible). Use a known ID directly. Overview returns package state, recorded signature requests, period_activity totals and applicable Listing Agent access/offer detail. Period applies only to period_activity, not current state or retained histories. Use section activity for totals or daily breakdown, signing_requests for request pages, or signing_request with exact envelope_id as subject_id for recipients and Ready file read arguments. Recipient progress is unknown when only a roster is recorded; provider completion alone is not Ready. Existing Listing sections access_requests/viewer_engagements/offers and engagement_events/offer_versions/offer_messages retain bounded 20-record drill-down; leaf subject_id is engagement_subject_id or offer_id. Use returned read arguments to open exact offer/Ready PDFs. Free has explicit restricted Listing Agent detail. Read message first.

offerbook_get_listing_status

Grant one exact buyer agent access to one owned Listing Package. Call once only after the user supplies or confirms the Listing Package ID, buyer-agent name, and exact email. The command is idempotent. Read message first; it states whether signup or an existing Buyer Package is the next relevant state.

offerbook_grant_buyer_agent_access

List Buyer Packages owned by the authenticated agent, most recent canonical directory activity first, with exact package IDs for later document calls. Read message first. Use next_cursor only when message says more packages are available and the requested property is not already present.

offerbook_get_buyer_package_portfolio

List the authenticated Listing Agent’s packages (active by default, or archived/all), exact IDs, current attention, authorized aggregates and compact period_activity totals. Omitted period uses the last 7 days; optionally request a period and previous-period comparison. Counts describe recorded events, not interest or successful downloads. Use a known package ID directly for status. Follow next_cursor for more packages only when needed. Current state and retained-history summaries are separate from period_activity. Read message first.

offerbook_get_listing_portfolio

Read authorized ordinary package PDFs, exact offer attachments or Ready signing outputs. For ordinary PDFs first call with package_id only, then one returned document_id. For offer PDFs also supply returned offer_id; for completed request files supply returned envelope_id. These sources are separate; never combine offer_id and envelope_id. Omit document_id to list that source, or use exact returned read arguments directly. Optional inclusive start_page/end_page selects at most 10 pages (default 1-10). Read message first for the next page range. Ordinary document references are current-generation IDs; stale IDs require a refreshed manifest. Offer delivery and signing IDs select immutable evidence; later package edits do not substitute newer files. File names do not prove signing. Listing Agent offer files require Pro.
