Description

BLOCKS is an AI-native training platform for endurance athletes. Connect it and Claude works with your own training data instead of generic advice. What Claude can do with BLOCKS: - Read your situation: today's plan, the last two weeks of planned vs done, your thresholds and zones, your goal races. - Review a session: the structure you actually rode or ran (intervals detected from the file), power, pace, heart rate, the chart as a table, and how it compares with the same set last time. - Read your recovery: morning check-ins (sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, how you feel) against your own baseline. - Plan and adjust: put sessions from the BLOCKS catalog or custom workouts on your calendar, move or remove them — every change is named first and made only after you say yes. - Answer training questions from a curated base of sports-science studies, citing the study and its level of evidence rather than inventing numbers. Your plan reaches your devices from BLOCKS: Garmin, Wahoo, Hammerhead Karoo, Zwift and others, directly or through intervals.icu. Rides come in from Strava, intervals.icu, Polar, Concept2 and more. The BLOCKS connector is free. You need a BLOCKS account (sign in at blocks.zone with an email code or Google).
