BookingDesigner

BookingDesigner is a property management and booking platform for hotels, holiday resorts and apartments. This connector lets hotel staff ask Claude about their own numbers in plain language, with answers computed by the same functions as the BookingDesigner Analytics panels. What you can ask: occupancy, ADR and RevPAR by day, week or month; production by channel, revenue category, board or room type; where bookings come from and how far ahead guests book; how many requests turned into quotes and bookings, by channel and campaign; guest countries, age bands and party types (families, couples, groups). If the organization's administrator enables it, also today's arrivals and departures, in-house guests, birthdays and booking lists for a period. Built for control: every tool is read-only; each person signs in with their own BookingDesigner account through OAuth; Claude only sees the properties where that person has the Analytics permission and only the data areas the administrator grants; areas with guests' personal data are off by default; guests' email, phone, documents and payment data are never available. Access can be revoked at any time from Claude or from BookingDesigner. Requires a BookingDesigner account with the MCP Analytics service enabled for your organization.
