Gather

Gather is the digital site diary for construction — contemporaneous records of shifts, labour, plant, progress, deliveries and weather, captured on site and structured for commercial use. This connector gives Claude secure, read-only access to your Gather workspace. Ask plain-English questions of your project records and get evidence-backed answers: what happened on site last Tuesday, how many hours a subcontractor's gang worked this month, which activities have stalled, what the weather did to your programme in January. Claude can search narratives across thousands of diary entries, compare labour across periods, track progress quantities against plan, and summarise a project's records for reports, claims and reviews. Every answer traces back to dated site records. The connector is read-only: Claude can never create, modify or delete anything in your Gather workspace. Teams using Claude Code can additionally install the Gather plugin, which layers full quantity-surveying methodology on top of this connector — delay registers, NEC/JCT/FIDIC compensation event drafting, applications for payment, subcontractor verification and as-built programmes.
