Dumpster Controls

Dumpster Controls is free dumpster rental software for roll-off and dumpster companies in the United States and Canada. This connector lets owners, dispatchers and office staff work with their Dumpster Controls account from Claude, in plain language. What you can ask for: - Orders and dispatch: find orders by customer, date or status, see which dumpsters are late for pickup, who is driving the next task, and the order's address, size, notes and timeline. - Customers: search customers and pull up contact details when you need to call or email them. - Invoices and money: list invoices and see which are past due, and (for admins and supervisors) what was paid, refunded and still owed on an order, plus daily totals received. - Landfill receipts: recorded landfill weight and cost for an order. - Changes, always confirmed by you: mark a delivery, pickup or landfill run as done, assign or reassign a driver, move dates or edit the service address, send or resend an invoice by email or SMS, and create or edit a customer. Claude first shows you exactly what will change and who will be notified, and nothing happens until you confirm. - Price changes and cancellations: Claude only prepares them and gives you a link. You review the totals and any refund inside the Dumpster Controls app and confirm there yourself. The connector never charges a card, issues a refund or moves money. How it works: you sign in on dumpstercontrols.io with your own user and approve the permissions on a consent screen. Every request runs as you, limited to your company, and what Claude can do follows your role in Dumpster Controls. Proposals expire after 10 minutes. Tokens never reach the model. Requires a Dumpster Controls account with an office role (owner, admin, supervisor or dispatcher). Included at no extra cost, no sign-up needed.
