Margen: Handwritten Notes

Margen is a notes app for ONYX Boox e-ink tablets. You write with the pen as usual; every page is transcribed in the background by a vision model, with a short title and a one-line summary. This connector lets Claude work with those handwritten notes. Claude can list your recent notes, search them by keyword across the handwriting and the summaries, read one or several notes in full, and look at the handwritten page itself as an image when the transcription is not enough: a diagram, a table, a margin note or a word the transcription missed. Ask things like "What did I decide in last week's meeting?", "Turn this morning's planning page into a to-do list", or "What have I been writing about most this month?", and Claude answers from your own pages. The connector is read-only: it cannot change, add or delete anything. Claude reaches only the notes of the account you sign in with, and you can disconnect it from Claude or from the app at any time. You need a Margen account, created in the Margen app on a Boox tablet , and some notes written in it.
