Description
Pacelab Intervals turns a conversation into a real, structured workout on your phone. Describe what you want — a twelve minute AMRAP, a Tabata finisher, a pull day you can actually finish — and it is saved straight to your Pacelab library, ready to run with the app's timer. It also reads back. Connect your account and Claude can look at what you have actually been training: how often you train, how long your sessions run, which formats you keep coming back to, which workouts you repeat. That makes requests like "build me something harder than last Tuesday" or "a session that fits the 45 minutes I usually have" produce something grounded in your own history rather than a generic template. What you can do: • Create workouts in any of Pacelab's formats — Tabata, AMRAP, EMOM, circuits, rep-based rounds, for-time, and timed blocks — with per-exercise reps, work and rest intervals, loads, and progressive rep or time schemes. • Read your training history and statistics to inform the next session. • Browse and open workouts already in your library. • Update a workout when you want to change the structure. • Schedule a workout for a specific date and time; it appears in the app's calendar and can send you a reminder, and read back what you already have planned. • Create a challenge with a deadline, share the link, and read the leaderboard. Fixed-window formats rank by total reps, everything else ranks by time. Everything created here syncs to the Pacelab Intervals app on iOS and Android, so the workout is on your phone by the time you get to the gym. The app is free, with no subscription for any of this. You need a free Pacelab Intervals account to connect. Sign up in the app or at pacelabintervals.com.
