Integration details
Description
Productlane is a customer platform for engineering teams, built on Linear. It combines a support inbox, a help center, a changelog, and a feedback portal in one tool. This connector exposes the Productlane API as MCP tools, so Claude works inside your workspace directly. Claude triages support threads and replies to customers. It files issues and projects that sync straight to Linear. Help center work runs through the same tools: draft an article, publish it, or move it into a new group. Claude also writes changelog entries and broadcasts them to subscribers. Contacts, companies, tags, and snippets round out the catalogue, alongside read access to your public roadmap and portal. Access follows the scopes of your API key. Mint a read-only key for an agent that researches, or a scoped write key for one that acts. Rate limits and permissions match the REST API one to one.

How do I improve a Community connector's discoverability?
The levers are the listing surface agents actually read: names, descriptions, keywords, tool metadata, and registry health. Which lever matters depends on where discovery breaks, which is what continuous measurement shows.
Where is this profile measured?
This profile uses the geography attached to the latest public registry snapshot: US. Locale tags are intentionally omitted.
