eesel gives your company an AI support agent that knows your helpdesk, your docs, and your past tickets. This connector puts that agent inside Claude. Once connected, Claude can talk to your eesel agent directly: ask questions that get answered from your connected sources (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Confluence, Google Drive, Slack and 1,000+ more), check what's connected and synced, review what your agent has been doing, approve or deny actions it is holding for a person, manage the automations it runs on its own, and work with the files you and your agent share. To change how the agent behaves, just tell it in chat; it keeps lasting corrections in its instructions and memory. Everything respects your eesel workspace permissions. Your role in the workspace decides what Claude can change, and write actions follow the approval settings you've configured in eesel. You'll need an eesel workspace to connect (free trial at eesel.ai). Sign in with the same account you use in the eesel dashboard; authentication is OAuth and no credentials are shared with Claude.
