Description
Search the U.S. federal trademark register from Claude. Goalie IP's connector searches and filters 14M+ USPTO applications and registrations — by mark text (exact, contains, or fuzzy), owner, goods and services, international class, status, filing and registration dates, attorney of record, and more — then pulls the complete record for any serial number. It is a search tool, not a lookup tool. Most trademark integrations retrieve a record only when you already know its number. This one finds the marks you don't have numbers for, which is what clearance and research questions actually need. It also reaches the fields where near-conflicts hide: the USPTO's pseudo-mark (its normalized spelling of stylized and phonetic marks, such as GR8 → GREAT), translations, transliterations, and disclaimers. Ask Claude things like: • "Are there live marks similar to KELPIE for software in classes 9 and 42?" • "List every mark owned by Acme Corp and flag anything abandoned or pending." • "What has this competitor filed in the last 12 months?" • "How have other filers described mobile payment software in their goods and services?" All three tools are read-only: search_trademarks, get_trademark, and get_account (your plan and remaining calls). Searches return compact summaries sized for a conversation, and a rejected query comes back naming the specific parameter to fix. Data comes from Goalie IP's own daily-refreshed copy of the USPTO register, not a live connection to USPTO systems. Coverage is U.S. federal only — no state registrations, common-law use, or foreign trademark offices. Results are register records, not legal advice. Goalie IP is not affiliated with or endorsed by the USPTO. Sign in with a Goalie IP account. The free tier includes 200 calls per month with no credit card; paid API plans add more.

How do I improve a Community connector's discoverability?
The levers are the listing surface agents actually read: names, descriptions, keywords, tool metadata, and registry health. Which lever matters depends on where discovery breaks, which is what continuous measurement shows.
