ChatFrom builds AI chatbots that answer from your own website and documents. for customer support, an internal assistant for your team, or any job where people keep asking the same questions. With this connector, you can ask Claude to do the setup in plain words. For example, "make a chatbot for mysite.com from its help pages and put it live". What Claude can do: - Create chatbots and change how they answer: instructions, model, language, tone and welcome message. - Add knowledge: find pages on a website and add them, or add texts and questions with exact answers. Remove a source when it is out of date. - Try a chatbot by asking it questions, and read its answers and the sources behind them. - Put a chatbot live, choose which websites it may run on and how the widget looks, and get the snippet to paste into your site and a share link. - Read conversations, including the questions it could not answer and the answers visitors rated down, so you can see what to fix. - Save test questions and score a chatbot's answers with evaluations. - Check how many monthly credits are left. Claude asks before anything that changes your account or spends credits. What it cannot do: delete a chatbot or your account, change your billing, or make API keys. Those stay in the ChatFrom dashboard. Connecting chat apps and services such as WhatsApp or Shopify also stays in the dashboard. You need a ChatFrom account, and the free Hobby plan is enough to start. Asking a chatbot and adding knowledge use your plan's monthly credits. Evaluations are billed to your own OpenRouter key. You sign in with your ChatFrom account and allow the connection. You can see it and disconnect it at any time under Account in ChatFrom.
