Description

WAJ is business management software for salons, spas and clinics. The WAJ connector lets owners and staff work with their business from Claude: check bookings and revenue, look up clients, see staff schedules and performance, review inventory, and build marketing audiences and workflows. Reads return data straight away. Single-record changes (create a booking, block time, add a service, edit a client) run only after you confirm in the chat. Bulk or customer-visible changes (client imports, merges, bulk client updates, switching a marketing workflow on) are only proposed: they wait on the AI approvals screen in the WAJ app and apply when someone at the business approves them. Access follows the staff member's WAJ role and the AI permission set by the owner. Every connection is either Read only or Read and make changes, chosen on the consent screen, and can be revoked at any time in the WAJ app under Settings → AI connectors. The connector cannot issue refunds, payouts or any money transfer.
