px is a personal coach that plans your training, mental practice and nutrition around what you are working toward, and re-decides every day from how you are doing. Connect px to Claude and you can: - ask what px has planned for your training today: the session, its start time, its length and whether it is still to do, done, moved or a rest day; - move today's session to a later time today, or to another day this week up to Sunday. If the new day puts a hard session next to another one, px tells you and asks you to confirm first. Who it is for: px members with a plan. A free 7-day trial starts in the px app (App Store and Google Play); nothing is sold in Claude. Limits: px decides the session. Claude only reads it and moves it when you ask. It never writes a workout, changes what is in a session, or moves a session into the past. px shares only today's session, its state and your email address, never health readings, scores or your conversations with px. It gives no medical, injury or health advice. You can disconnect at any time in px, or in Claude's connector settings.
