Sport MCP

Sport MCP is a strength-training log for iPhone in the style of a classic gym log: templates, set-by-set logging with previous values and warm-ups, a rest timer, history, records and progress charts, Apple Health and Strava, and import from Strong and Hevy. The MCP connector at https://sport-mcp.com/mcp connects that log to an AI assistant. After a normal sign-in (OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration, no keys to copy), the assistant can: - read the training overview, workout history with every set, personal records, exercise progress and statistics; - plan workouts for specific dates, with per-set weights and reps, warm-ups and cardio by time or distance; they appear under "Upcoming" in the app with the assistant's notes, and a push notification tells the athlete; - log workouts the athlete describes, finish a workout, save and reuse templates, manage the exercise library and the profile (units, bodyweight, bar and plates); - use a calculator for one-rep-max estimates, plate loading, warm-up sets, strength scores, calories and macros, and heart-rate zones, and a coaching knowledge base of training facts, programme templates and technique cues. The server coaches the assistant through its instructions: read before prescribing, base weights on what was actually lifted, write plans into the app rather than describing them. Connected assistants are listed in the app and can be disconnected there at any time. The app is free and nothing is sold through the connector.
