Description
This connector helps you keep track of your strain, health goals and your progress. It helps you create the best workouts for you, whether you are training at home, in the gym, or on your bike. This connector has a iPhone app & Apple Watch app to help you log your workouts. That's useful for when you don't have internet or when you're on a run. Ask what to train today and see your next workout with its exercises. Look back at the workout sessions you logged, your personal records, your training streak, how hard each muscle group has worked and how a lift has progressed. Build a workout plan or a single workout from Gymlab's exercise library, swap an exercise for an alternative that fits your equipment, adjust your saved workouts and plans, and log a finished session so that it shows up in the app. What Claude can read: your workout plans and workouts, logged sessions, personal records, exercise statistics and strength estimates, muscle strain, streak, the notes you keep on exercises, and your training preferences, which include your sex and how many sessions a week you train. Before it designs a plan or a workout, Claude asks the questions Gymlab's coach asks, and reads what you told Gymlab's coach about your equipment, injuries and limitations and the exercises you like or dislike, a summary of your logged training, and how recovered your muscles are. What Claude can change: it can create workout plans and workouts, edit a workout's details and exercises, add exercises to it, rename a plan and change its sessions per week, choose the plan you follow, delete plans and workouts that were created in a conversation, log workout sessions, and more. A plan saved after those questions can also update what Gymlab's coach knows about your equipment and injuries, where you corrected them. It cannot change or delete logged sessions, and it cannot delete plans or workouts that were made in the app.
