Description
Titan is a training, nutrition and body-weight tracker for iPhone and Android. Connect your Titan account to log and review your data from Claude in plain language. Tell Claude what you ate and it saves the meal with calories and macros, then tells you where your day stands against your targets. It can log from the foods you saved in Titan (My foods), save new ones and look up a packaged food by its barcode. Describe a session and it logs your sets, or ask it to start your next routine and record each set as you go. Build and adjust routines and exercises, check your workout history and progress, log weigh-ins and see your weight trend. Everything is saved to your own Titan account and appears in the Titan app. You sign in on Titan's page and choose what Claude may read, change or delete; deleting always needs separate permission, and you can disconnect at any time in Titan or in Claude. Claude only sees the Titan data its tools return; Titan never reads your chats. Titan is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Requires a Titan account (create it in the Titan app with Sign in with Apple, or Google on Android). Saving changes requires an active Titan subscription; reading works without one.
