ROM

ROM is a fitness app for gym members and their personal trainers. The ROM connector lets Claude work with your own ROM member account. Ask Claude to log a workout you just finished, and it finds each exercise in ROM's catalog and records your sets with the right weights, reps or times, then tells you about any new personal records. Review how much you trained this week, compare it with last week, and look up your personal records and recent performance to plan your next session. Build and edit reusable workout templates, set a weekly training goal, and record creatine doses. If you work with a ROM trainer, Claude can read the training programs and meal plans your trainer sent, record how you followed a planned meal, and, after you approve the wording, ask your trainer to change a meal. You can also check your coaching sessions, gym memberships and notifications. You sign in with your ROM account and choose read access, write access, or both. Claude asks before deleting anything or sending a request to your trainer. The connector cannot make purchases, change billing, renew coaching, delete your account or send arbitrary messages.
